A centralized web portal designed to simplify energy upgrades for building owners and managers is officially active, launched by the Energy Service under the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry.

As highlighted in a statement by the Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB), the newly established Digital One-Stop Shop gathers financing instruments, technical advisory resources, and administrative processes into a single online location. The goal is to eliminate bureaucratic delays and speed up energy efficiency retrofits across property types.

The portal covers every phase of the renovation lifecycle:

  • Financial & Sponsorship Guidance: Delivers immediate access to information on available grants, subsidies, and funding programs.

  • Technical Advice & Custom Planning: Offers tools and recommendations for selecting effective energy measures, allowing users to build tailored, indicative upgrade plans for their specific properties.

  • Support for Vulnerable Households: Features targeted resources to assist disadvantaged consumers and help combat energy poverty.

This initiative fulfills requirements set out in EU Directive 2024/1275 regarding the Energy Performance of Buildings, which calls on EU member states to establish one stop advice hubs. By modernizing and consolidating these services, the platform aims to reduce electricity consumption, lower utility costs for homes and commercial facilities, and advance broader national and European climate objectives toward a low carbon building sector.
