This new structure comprises five levels and three basements. On the ground floor, we have planned a showroom/office with a mezzanine. The remainder of the building, featuring a separate entrance, lobby area, and elevator, includes five floors with spacious office areas that can be partitioned based on each business’s space requirements.

All offices are equipped with kitchens, restrooms, and covered verandas, allowing for customizable divisions into individual offices, meeting rooms, and reception areas. The building comes with raised floors designed for structured cabling and drop ceilings housing climate control units.
