Located in an up-and-coming area of Nicosia, near a Park and close to a university, a hospital, and a mall, this project features nine independent houses. Each house boasts a distinct individuality through varied materials and offers substantial open spaces for outdoor activities. The design maximizes southern exposure and incorporates skylights for controlled light and cross ventilation. These features also create covered and uncovered outdoor spaces across all levels, leading to a sculpted roof garden with unobstructed views.
