A large area of 337 hectare of agricultural land in the outskirts of Nicosia.

Under the Government’s new policy for developing non urban areas, the property can be developed as a mixed use large integrated project, provided it includes two of the following strategic uses, besides the residential development:

■ Educational Institutions of all kinds

■ Hospitals, diagnostic, rehabilitation or geriatric care centers

■ Research and development centers and technology parks

■ Multipurpose sports centers

Integrated projects utilizing the Government’s new policy enjoy a building coefficient of 25%. The current building coefficient in the area is 10%.
