Situated in a prime residential neighborhood of Engomi, Nicosia, this project leverages south and west orientations for optimal views, sunlight, and wind. A front garden creates a natural foreground, integrating the entrances to the two wings. The ground floor includes common and private facilities and parking. The first and second floors each feature three-bedroom and four two-bedroom apartments, while the third floor boasts a unique four-bedroom apartment. The building’s architecture balances rhythm and balance with varied vertical openings for verandas and windows, ensuring better urban integration in its suburban context.
