Institutional Support
The initiatives received strong endorsement from local leadership. Andreas Kitromilidis, President of the Cyprus Communities Union, welcomed the added density provisions, noting that expanding to third floors directly supports rural community growth. DIKO MP Panikos Leonidou also praised the cross-party collaboration in delivering solutions for young couples.
