Contracts here rose by 13% compared to 2024.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1816\"><strong data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1592\">Nicosia Takes the Volume Crown<\/strong><br data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1595\" \/>While second in value, the capital Nicosia led in transfer volume, with 2,859 properties transferred, totaling \u20ac554.8 million.
