For real estate investors and future homeowners, this translates into rising property values, better amenities, and a high quality of life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1635\">But to truly position Paphos as a top destination to live, invest, and visit, the city needs modern infrastructure and smart urban planning. The government has reportedly reached an agreement with Hermes Airports to expand the terminal and add a VIP lounge.
