This is according to a new report published by <em data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"455\">Landbank Analytics<\/em>, based on official data from the Department of Lands and Surveys.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"584\"><strong data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"584\">Off-Plan and Under-Construction Properties in High Demand<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"851\">From January to March, a total of 1,368 contracts were submitted for newly built apartments and houses. That\u2019s a significant 24.8% increase compared to the same period in 2024, highlighting strong interest in off-plan and under-construction properties among buyers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"892\"><strong data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"892\">Market Value Climbs to \u20ac391 Million<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"1167\">Alongside the spike in sales volume, the total transaction value also rose sharply. Residential deals during Q1 2025 amounted to \u20ac391 million\u2014up from \u20ac299 million in Q1 2024.
