According to CEO Pavlos Loizou, April showed a sharp contraction in activity, as the value of the top 50 luxury sales fell by 52.8% month-on-month.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"965\"><strong data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"965\">Highest Sale: Engomi, Nicosia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"967\" data-end=\"1194\">Topping the list was a \u20ac3.3 million land plot in Engomi, located in Nicosia.
