This project, located in a serene residential area of Nicosia near the city center, University, and Embassy area, consists of nine apartments. The building is fronted by roads to the North and West, providing street-facing verandas for all units. It includes three typical floors, each with two 2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom apartments. The design features three distinct vertical volumes, enhancing privacy while creating a dynamic facade with planters, verandas, and windows, offering both exposed and private moments.
